Mythical Genetics Policies

•  All creatures sold by Mythical Genetics are the intellectual property of Mythical Genetics, Creature Comforts or Krista's Witchcraft and cannot be reproduced for sale.
• Items sold by Mythical Fabrication are the intellectual property of the designers, please ask for more information on ask.

 If you want to resell a Mythical Genetics Creature once you’ve bought it, you are free to do so; the creature is yours. However, we require that you credit Mythical Genetics with the design and creation of the of the creature(s) you sell.

•  If for any reason one of our creatures arrives damaged contact us within 7 days for resolution to the issue.
• If your creature has been modified by you or a 3rd party, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the creature.
• Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the crafter
• A 10% restocking fee may be applied to any returned item,

Feel free to talk to us about the Mythical Creature of your dreams. You may be surprised at what we can pull off because I usually am! Most custom creatures are no extra charge, and can be shipped anywhere in the continental US for a $15 flat shipping and handling fee. Outside the US call for shipping cost.
Inevitable Disclaimers:

• Specialty (meaning expensive) materials may be extra.
• I can do a dragon with up to five heads, but that’s the absolute limit.
• Custom orders may be delayed during faire season (April, May, October and November)
• Will attempt to do rush orders for special occasions
• Large Items may have additional shipping that will be discussed before order completed

•  Custom orders will require a 50% deposit that will be taken off the invoice when the item is complete.
• All invoices are due on receipt
• All unpaid invoices will receive a reminder at 30 days
• Any unpaid invoice that is not paid within 60 days of receipt will forfeit the deposit and the item will go in to stock.

•  Most of our creatures can be shipped anywhere in the continental US for a $15 flat shipping and handling fee for a single creature. Outside the US, Oversized creatures or multiple orders, message us for shipping cost.
